Cancellation Policy
At Wet Paws Grooming Studio, we strive to provide exceptional service to both our clients and their furry companions. In order to maintain our commitment to quality and ensure that all appointments run smoothly, we have implemented the following policy regarding appointment rescheduling and cancellations: Rescheduling: We kindly request that all appointment changes be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and accommodate the needs of other clients. Cancellation: If an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or if the client fails to show up for their appointment, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the service. No Refunds: Please note that refunds will not be available for missed appointments or late cancellations. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be flexible and accommodating whenever possible. However, consistent adherence to this policy ensures that our groomers' time is respected and allows us to provide the best service to all our clients.
